Head of Sales and Partnerships

Remote / Delhi Full time

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive our growth strategy and build partnerships with universities, education agents, and institutions across Asia and Europe.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy
  • Build relationships with German universities and education partners
  • Lead the student acquisition funnel
  • Manage and mentor a growing team
  • Analyse conversion metrics and optimise the sales pipeline

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales
  • Understanding of the international education market
  • Fluency in English; German or Hindi is a plus
