We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive our growth strategy and build partnerships with universities, education agents, and institutions across Asia and Europe.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the sales strategy
- Build relationships with German universities and education partners
- Lead the student acquisition funnel
- Manage and mentor a growing team
- Analyse conversion metrics and optimise the sales pipeline
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales
- Understanding of the international education market
- Fluency in English; German or Hindi is a plus
