Baseline Documents — Required for All Categories
Submit legible A4-sized coloured photocopies (both sides) of all documents. Do not send originals.

Pathway: Class XII graduates typically apply for a Studienkolleg (foundation course) in Germany before pursuing a full degree programme.
Class XII with JEE (Mains & Advanced)
For students who have cleared JEE Mains and Advanced examinations along with Class XII.

Undergraduates with 2+ Semesters
For students currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with at least 2 semesters (one academic year) completed.

Graduates & Postgraduates (BA / MA / PhD)
For students who hold a completed bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree.

Register on APS India Portal
Create an account at aps-india.de and complete the online application form.

Print & Sign Application
Print the form, sign it, and attach a recent passport-size photograph (not older than 6 months).

Pay the Fee (₹18,000)
Pay via CCAvenue (online, faster) or bank transfer (NEFT). Save the receipt.

Prepare & Courier Documents
Prepare coloured A4 photocopies (both sides) of all required documents. Send via BlueDart, DTDC, or Delhivery to the APS office in New Delhi.

APS Verifies with Your Institution
APS contacts your university/school to confirm document authenticity. Inform your institution in advance.

Receive Digital Certificate
Upon approval (3-4 weeks), receive your APS certificate as a digital PDF via registered email. Valid for lifetime.
