Study in Germany

Everything from your first shortlist to your first week in Germany

$949

Total · the entire GradGermany fee

$475 to start
$474 after admission

Valid for 2 intake terms — Winter and Summer semester.

Bank transfer · Credit and debit card · partly refundable before we apply

The process

What happens, and when

Months are typical, not promised - your intake and your documents move them.

Typical total
8 to 10 months

Evaluation to landing, if nothing stalls.

Fixed deadlines
15 July · 15 January

Winter and Summer application cut-offs. These do not move.

Longest pole
APS, 6-8 weeks

Runs on its own clock. Starting it late is the usual reason a student misses an intake.

  1. 1

    Free profile evaluation

    Day 0

We check your degree recognition, your grades, your language level and your realistic university options. No payment and no commitment at this stage - you get the report either way.

Report back in 48 hours with AI analysis, about a week without.

  2. 2

    First payment

    Month 0

$475 to begin - half of the $949 total. That starts the work below; the balance is not due until you receive an admission.

  3. 3

    Shortlist and documents

    Month 0-2

We build your university shortlist against your actual profile, then work through the SOP, the LORs, your Lebenslauf and every document each university asks for.

Recommenders need 4-6 weeks of notice, so we start LORs first.

  4. 4

    APS and tests, in parallel

    Month 0-2

APS runs on its own clock, so it starts the same week as the shortlist rather than after it. Your IELTS is booked and sat alongside.

APS takes 6-8 weeks to process. Nothing speeds it up once it is late.

  5. 5

    We apply, across 2 intakes

    Month 2-4

Unlimited applications, submitted and tracked through uni-assist and the university portals. If the first round does not land we re-apply in the next intake at no extra cost.

Winter deadline is typically 15 July, Summer 15 January.

  6. 6

    Admissions arrive

    Month 4-6

Decisions come back and we work through them with you - which offer, which city, which trade-offs. We chase every university that has gone quiet. The second payment of $474 falls due once you receive an admission.

    Typically 4-8 weeks after submission.

  7. 7

    Money and visa

    Month 6-8

Blocked account, health insurance, the full visa file and interview prep. This is the stage where a missing document costs a semester, so we check it twice.

Visa processing runs 8-12 weeks. Book the appointment early.

  8. 8

    You land

    Month 8+

Airport pickup and orientation, then city registration, bank account, insurance enrolment and 60 days of support once you are on the ground.

Anmeldung is due within 2 weeks of arriving.

Common questions

In two parts. $475 at registration secures your spot and starts the work; $474 falls due only once you receive an admission. We accept international bank transfer and credit/debit card, plus UPI for Indian customers.

If you cancel before any of your applications is submitted, we keep the equivalent of ₹5,000 for the work on your shortlist and refund the rest of your first payment. Once your applications are submitted, the first payment is non-refundable. The second payment is only charged after you receive an admission. Fees you pay to others (universities, uni-assist, APS, tests, the visa) follow their own rules.

Yes, 100% free. Every student gets a profile evaluation before paying anything. It tells us whether Germany is realistic for your profile, and tells you what you would be signing up for.

German universities have two main intakes: Winter Semester (October) and Summer Semester (April). Your plan covers both, so if you don't get in the first round we re-apply in the next one at no extra cost.

We can't guarantee admission (that's up to the university), but we make sure your application is as strong as possible, and the plan covers 2 intake terms so a first-round rejection is not the end of it. If nothing works, we'll advise on alternatives at no extra cost.
