What You Will Do
- Respond to student enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and live chat
- Guide students through the profile evaluation and application process
- Follow up with leads and help convert enquiries into applications
- Coordinate with consultants on document reviews and deadlines
- Collect feedback and help improve our student experience
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Empathetic, patient, and genuinely interested in helping students
- Organised and comfortable with CRM tools and email
- Prior experience in customer service or student support is a plus
