Overview
DAAD-funded scholarship supporting international students in the final phase of their studies who have performed well and need financial assistance while writing their thesis. Preference for bachelor students and first-time applicants; postgraduate continuing-education master students, dual German citizens and those with a German university entrance qualification are not eligible. Recipients must reside in Germany during thesis work. Limited number of scholarships.

- selection by independent committee on academic performance, voluntary work and personal circumstances
