- Students enrolled at HKA in WS 2026/27 within the standard study period AND applicants intending to start a degree at HKA in WS 2026/27 or SS 2027
- no parallel talent/performance-based funding exceeding EUR 30/month (BAfoeG, loans, Erasmus+/PROMOS mobility allowances exempt)
