Overview
Through its Education Fund, established in winter semester 2009/10, RWTH awards Deutschlandstipendium scholarships that let exceptional students focus fully on their studies. Recipients also benefit from a comprehensive framework programme of social, cultural and sporting events plus exclusive donor networking activities. Roughly 20 percent of applicants receive an award each year; the long-term goal is to fund the top ten percent of RWTH students.

Eligibility Requirements
- RWTH students demonstrating exceptional academic performance and outstanding potential
- personal life experience, extracurricular involvement, community service and social background may also be considered. Application process is held annually.
