Applicants need a higher education entrance qualification plus an employment or practice contract with a BAGSS cooperation partner, and programme fees are charged.

Per the archived official page: BAGSS was founded 2012 with practice-integrated programmes in the health and social sector, and since 1 January 2021 most of its study programmes were transferred to FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management, which took over the study contracts as new contracting party (only 'Berufspädagogik im Gesundheitswesen' remained with BAGSS).
