About Quadriga Hochschule Berlin GmbH
Quadriga Hochschule Berlin is a private, state-accredited university of applied sciences located in the heart of Berlin, offering part-time MBA and Master of Arts programmes for working professionals. Accredited by the German Science Council (Wissenschaftsrat), the institution focuses exclusively on leadership-related disciplines: Communication and PR, Public Affairs, HR and Organisational Development, Coaching, and Digital Transformation.
All degree programmes are designed as professional continuing education (berufsbegleitend), meaning applicants must hold a completed university degree and typically at least three years of professional experience. The institution operates under the broader Quadriga Media GmbH network, which provides access to an industry-connected alumni and mentoring ecosystem spanning corporations, agencies, NGOs, and political institutions.

Admissions & costs
Tuition & fees
Quadriga Hochschule Berlin is a private institution — tuition fees apply to all students regardless of nationality. MBA programmes: €18,000 (plus €500 registration fee); MBA Leadership & Coaching: €20,000. M.A. Communication & Leadership: €12,000 (plus €500 registration fee). Scholarships of up to €6,000 (MBA) or €4,000 (M.A.) are available through industry partners including BMW Group and BDI. Early-bird discounts of €1,000–€2,000 apply for applications submitted 3–6 months before the start date. Interest-free monthly instalments are available. Fees qualify as tax-deductible professional development expenses in Germany.
Admission requirements
Applicants must hold a completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom, Magister, Staatsexamen, or Master) with a minimum of 240 ECTS. Bachelor degrees with 180–210 ECTS may substitute the shortfall with documented work experience. At least three years of professional experience in a relevant field is normally expected, with a minimum of one year after degree completion. The application process includes document submission via the online portal followed by an in-person admission interview at the Berlin campus. APS certificate: not listed as a requirement on the official site (programmes are postgraduate professional-continuing-education tracks, not standard international student pathways); prospective Indian, Chinese, and Vietnamese applicants should confirm with the admissions office whether APS applies to their specific enrolment category.
Application deadlines
Two cohort start dates per year: mid-June and mid-November. Application deadline is approximately four weeks before the chosen start date. Early-bird discount deadlines are 3 months (€1,000 off) and 6 months (€2,000 off MBA / €1,000 off M.A.) before start.
Languages of instruction
Primarily German; approximately one-quarter of instruction is in English (international modules and methodology). Written exams and the master's thesis may be submitted in German or English.

Living in Berlin
Berlin is Germany's capital and largest city, and one of Europe's most dynamic hubs for startups, media, politics, and the creative industries. The Quadriga campus at Werderscher Markt is in Mitte, within walking distance of federal government ministries, major media houses, and leading NGOs — directly relevant to the institution's Public Affairs and Communication programmes. Berlin has an extensive public transport network and a comparatively low cost of living relative to Munich or Frankfurt.
Student life & support
The institution's programmes are part-time and designed for working professionals, so the campus experience differs markedly from a full-time university. Students attend seminars and workshops at the Berlin campus on scheduled block days, with digital learning components between sessions. The Quadriga network provides access to industry mentors, alumni events, and conferences organised by the wider Quadriga Media group.
