- Bewerber und Bewerberinnen müssen folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen: • einen ersten qualifizierenden Abschluss an einer Hochschule im Bereich Rechtswissenschaft im Umfang von 240 Leistungspunkten (LP) und • die über die für das Programm und die Prüfungen erforderlichen Englischkenntnisse. Ein ausreichendes Niveau der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift ist durch ein TOEFL-Ergebnis von 90 oder IELTS 6.5 nachzuweisen. Gleichwertige Nachweise können im Einzelfall mit besonderer Begründung akzeptiert werden. Bewerber, die Englisch als Muttersprache sprechen oder einen in englischer Sprache angebotenen Hochschulabschluss erfolgreich absolviert haben, sind von dieser Anforderung befreit.
