  • Zulassungsvoraussetzung zum Masterstudiengang Maschinenbau ist ein erster berufsqualifizierender Hochschulabschluss auf dem Gebiet des Maschinenbaus oder in einem affinen Studiengang auf einem anderen technisch orientierten Gebiet mit starkem Maschinenbaubezug mit mindestens 180 ECTS-Punkten. Ein affiner Studiengang liegt insbesondere vor, wenn folgende Leistungen im Gesamtumfang von mindestens 50 ECTS nachgewiesen werden können
  • Zum Beispiel erfüllen die HTWK-Bachelorstudiengänge Maschinenbau, Energie-, Gebäude- und Umwelttechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau diese Kriterien.
  • Ferner erfordert der Zugang zum Masterstudiengang Maschinenbau ein Ingenieurpraktikum, das in der Regel auf dem Gebiet des Maschinenbaus absolviert wurde und mindestens der Dauer von 12 Wochen in Vollzeit entspricht. Das Praktikum kann auch Bestandteil des ersten berufsqualifizierenden Hochschulstudiums gewesen sein.
