Zugangsberechtigt für ein Masterstudium Wirtschaft und Recht sind grundsätzlich alle Absolventinnen und Absolventen, die bereits über einen ersten berufsqualifizierenden Hochschulabschluss (Diplom, Bachelor) mit einer wirtschaftsjuristischen, juristischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Ausrichtung verfügen, wobei im letzten Fall ausreichende juristische Kenntnisse für das vorgenannte Masterstudium mit juristischem Abschluss ersichtlich sein müssen.
wenn die in Absatz 1 genannten Bachelorstudiengänge mindestens ein Modul „Englisch“ aufweisen, oder

Diese sind regelmäßig gegeben, wenn juristische Module im Umfang von insgesamt mindestens 15 Credit Points (CP) vorliegen. Dabei müssen mindestens 10 CP auf allgemeines Zivilrecht und Gesellschaftsrecht entfallen.
