Overview
Since 2011 the Deutschlandstipendium has supported committed students of all disciplines at Goethe University whose trajectories promise outstanding academic and professional achievements. Holders receive EUR 300 per month, half from the federal government and half from private donors, an alliance of civic engagement and state funding. Selection assesses very good academic performance alongside social commitment, willingness to take on responsibility and successfully overcoming obstacles in one's own life and education. In the 15th funding year 2025/26 a total of 620 scholarships were awarded, celebrated at an official ceremony on the Westend campus.
