Overview
Each semester FAU awards annual Deutschlandstipendium scholarships worth 3,600 euros to its most talented students, half donated by companies, donors, friends or alumni and half provided by the German state. Funding runs initially for one to two semesters (winter plus following summer) and can be extended annually until the end of the standard duration of study upon renewed application.

Eligibility Requirements
- Enrolled FAU students pursuing a degree with an IdM account. First-time applicants need a grade average of 2.0 or better (in the relevant previous degree for postgraduate first-semesters)
- continuation after one year requires 2.5 or better. Personal circumstances such as volunteering, stays abroad or hardship factors count. Applications go through campo once a year between 15 June and 15 July.
