- Enrolled full/part-time at HAW Hamburg
- min. two semesters (Bachelor) / one semester (Master) completed at HAW
- GPA at least 2.2
- no BAfoeG or comparable state benefits
- residence permit sec. 16 or EU citizens without BAfoeG entitlement.
