der erfolgreiche Abschluss eines wirtschaftsrechtlichen Hochschulstudiums Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss mit 210 Leistungspunkten
Studieren Sie in einem der oben genannten Bachelorstudiengänge, haben Ihr Studium aber noch nicht abgeschlossen, können Sie dennoch direkt vorläufig zum Studium zugelassen werden, wenn aus Ihren Bewerbungsunterlagen hervorgeht, dass Sie einen der oben genannten Studienabschlüsse oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss anstreben.
Bewerberinnen und Bewerber mit einem abgeschlossenen Hochschulstudium oder gleichwertigen Abschluss, der im Übrigen die Voraussetzungen des § 3 Abs. 1 SPO erfüllt und mindestens 180, aber weniger als 210 ECTS umfasst, müssen die fehlenden Leistungspunkte ausgleichen.
