Overview

Scholarship for particularly gifted and engaged students who combine very good academic performance with social responsibility; overcoming hurdles in one's own educational biography is also recognised. Funded half by private sponsors (companies, foundations, associations, alumni, private individuals - major supporters include Stiftung Zukunft jetzt with 23 scholarships and Margarete Ammon-Stiftung with 10) and half by the BMBF. Independent of other income and not offset against BAfoeG. Recipients can receive additional sponsor programmes such as company visits and networking. Personal scholarship advisory service available at the university.
