Overview
Monthly grant of EUR 300 (EUR 3,600/year) for enrolled and prospective students of TH OWL and the four other OWL partner institutions. Funded half by private sponsors from the OWL region and half by the federal government. Awarded regardless of income and independent of BAfoeG; no repayment. Selection considers school/university performance, voluntary and social engagement, care responsibilities and overcoming biographical obstacles. Includes a non-material support programme (workshops, company visits, networking). Roughly 500+ students supported across the five universities.
