Overview
Merit and talent scholarship under the National Scholarship Act for top-performing and socially engaged students. Paid regardless of personal or parental income, on top of BAföG, and does not need to be repaid. Funded half by private donors and half by the federal government (150 EUR each). Awarded annually for the winter semester; 26 scholarships granted for 2025/26.

Eligibility Requirements
- Enrolled at FH Potsdam (winter semester 2025/26 cohort) within standard period of study
- outstanding academic record, or for first-year students outstanding school/vocational results
- no other talent/performance-based funding averaging 30 EUR/month or more. Criteria also include social engagement, overcoming biographical obstacles, caring responsibilities, disability, employment during studies.
