Tuition & fees
SRH University is a private institution; tuition fees apply to all students regardless of nationality. For EU/EEA students (including Switzerland, Western Balkans, and Ukraine), fees are approximately €790 per month for the duration of the programme. For non-EU/EEA students, fees are approximately €4,950–€5,100 per semester depending on the programme. A one-time enrolment/registration fee of €750 (EU/EEA) or €1,000 (non-EU/EEA) is also charged. Fee levels are fixed for the entire programme duration. Baden-Württemberg's €1,500/semester non-EU surcharge applies to public universities and does not affect SRH, which sets its own fee schedule as a private institution. No semester contribution (Semesterbeitrag) amount is published separately.
Admission requirements
Applicants must hold a recognised university entrance qualification equivalent to the German Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (e.g. Indian Class XII/10+2 from a recognised board, or a completed bachelor's degree). Professionally qualified applicants with at least two years of vocational training and three years of relevant work experience may qualify via an aptitude test. For English-taught programmes, applicants must submit one of the following: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 80, Duolingo 95, an official Medium of Instruction letter, or pass the SRH English Proficiency Certificate test. No German language requirement applies for the English-track programmes at Heidelberg. Indian, Chinese, and Vietnamese applicants who need an APS certificate should confirm with the university directly, as SRH is a private Fachhochschule and individual programme pages do not explicitly list APS as a requirement; however, German visa regulations require APS for these nationalities before a student visa is issued.
Application deadlines
SRH Heidelberg operates rolling admissions with no published fixed deadline for most programmes. Programmes list intake start dates of 1 October (winter semester). Applicants are advised to apply via the online portal at apply.srh.de as early as possible. No summer semester (April) intake is listed for Heidelberg campus programmes.

The Heidelberg campus delivers all listed bachelor's and master's programmes in English. No German-taught programmes are listed at this campus. The university's Centre for Languages offers curricular and extracurricular German courses from A1.1 to C1, as well as English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Korean, and Chinese.
