Admissions & fees

What it costs

VICTORIA is a private university and charges tuition. Indicative monthly fees published on the international page: Bachelor Business Administration - €679/month; Master Management - €729/month; International Management (English Bachelor) - €679/month. These are private-university fees; there is no tuition-free status. Semester contributions and enrolment fees are not itemised separately on the official website. Living costs in Berlin are estimated by the university at approximately €700/month excluding tuition.

Admission requirements

International applicants with foreign secondary or higher-education qualifications must apply through uni-assist (processing time approximately 4-6 weeks). Required documents include: motivation letter, CV, photograph, final school-leaving or bachelor's certificate, and language proficiency documentation. Language requirements: German-taught Bachelor - B2 German + B1 English minimum; English-taught Bachelor (International Management) - B2 English; German-taught Master - C1 German; English-taught Master - C1 English. APS certificate: not explicitly mentioned on the site for Indian/Chinese/Vietnamese applicants; however, the university directs foreign-qualification holders to uni-assist, which applies its own document-verification process. Indian applicants should verify APS requirements with the admissions office before applying.

Application deadlines

No fixed application deadlines are published. The university recommends submitting applications at least 2 months before the semester start for full-time programmes and 3-4 months in advance for dual-study options. Summer semester starts 1 April; Winter semester starts 1 October. uni-assist document processing adds approximately 4-6 weeks to the timeline.

How international applicants apply

Required for applicants with a foreign higher education entrance qualification: first apply via the VICTORIA website, then ALSO apply via uni-assist (my.uni-assist.de); document check takes about 4-6 weeks so apply at least 2 months before semester start (3-4 months for dual). Exception: German Abitur obtained at a German school abroad does not require uni-assist. No application deadlines - rolling admission until semester start (WS from 1 Oct, SS from 1 Apr). International Office: [email protected], +49 30 206176-63.

Languages of instruction

German-taught Bachelor and Master programmes are the primary track. One Bachelor programme - International Management - is taught entirely in English. Master programmes in English require C1 English proficiency. German-taught programmes require B2 German for bachelor's and C1 German for master's entry. IELTS, TOEFL, TestDaF, and equivalent certificates are accepted.

Entry requirements, intake dates and language levels differ for every degree.
