Overview
Merit-and-engagement scholarship for Charité students. Roughly 60 students were being funded as of 01 April 2025; awards include subject-unrestricted places (57) plus a few subject-bound places. Selection considers academic performance (grade average 1.8 or better), social engagement, willingness to take responsibility, overcoming biographical hurdles, prior professional experience and special personal/family circumstances. Not counted against BAföG. Half funded by the federal government, half by private sponsors recruited by Charité.

- Enrolled Charité students within standard period of study
- grade average 1.8 or better plus social commitment. Doctoral students and students in structured graduate programmes are NOT eligible
- double funding above EUR 30/month excluded (StipG section 4 para 1)
