Overview
Under the Berlin Young Researchers Promotion Act, German and international doctoral candidates with exceptional academic achievements (especially university degree) can apply for an Elsa Neumann Scholarship to prepare for doctoral studies. Standard funding duration: 2 years. Also possible to apply for a doctoral completion scholarship for max. 1 year in final stages. Application deadlines: April (funding from 1 July) and October (funding from 1 April).
