HWR Berlin identifies the top 4% of students in each degree programme annually. They receive a Talente certificate at a winter semester ceremony, usable for internship/job applications. Some are nominated for the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes scholarship process (with consent). Liaison lecturers provide advice on studies, first job and networking.
