Admissions & fees

What it costs

Provadis is a private university of applied sciences and charges tuition fees. Monthly fees (from study start 2026) range from approximately €540-€630/month for bachelor's programmes and €681-€995/month for master's programmes, depending on the specific programme and duration. A one-time registration fee of €356 and total exam fees of approximately €2,520 apply. For dual-study students, the partner company typically pays or reimburses tuition alongside a training-equivalent stipend. There is no statutory semester contribution (Semesterbeitrag) in the public-university sense. Baden-Württemberg non-EU surcharge does not apply (university is in Hessen).

Admission requirements

Provadis Hochschule operates primarily as a dual and part-time university, meaning admission normally requires a contractual arrangement with a partner company for dual-study applicants. For part-time study, applicants must generally be in relevant employment. Entry qualification is the German Abitur or equivalent (Fachhochschulreife). Applicants with an Abitur grade above 2.5 or who completed their qualification more than five years ago may be invited to complete an online motivation test and attend a personal interview. Required documents include a personalised cover letter, the two most recent school or degree transcripts, a CV, and any certificates or internship records. The application portal is at hvsweb.provadis-hochschule.de. The university does not publish specific admission requirements for international applicants or language test thresholds on its official website; prospective international students should contact the admissions team directly. APS certificate is not mentioned - the university's work-integrated model makes conventional international-student pathways atypical.

Application deadlines

No specific winter or summer semester application deadlines are published on the official website. Job offers from partner companies for dual programmes list start dates primarily in September-October. Prospective students are advised to contact the admissions team at +49 69 305-81000 or attend one of the twice-yearly application coaching sessions.

How international applicants apply

Dual model via employer: Provadis runs dual and part-time programmes whose admission goes through its own online Hochschulportal (document upload, possible motivation test, personal interview) and includes matching with a Praxispartner company (e.g. Sanofi, Infraserv Hoechst) that hosts the practical training. No uni-assist or VPD process is documented anywhere on provadis-hochschule.de.

Languages of instruction

All programmes are taught in German. No English-taught programmes are listed on the official website. International applicants are expected to have a strong command of German.

Entry requirements, intake dates and language levels differ for every degree.
